From a young age I was captivated by the wildlife that surrounded me. Raised in Botswana, I was able to explore and discover the beauty of untamed wilderness, and it sparked in me a love for nature.

I have always had an interest in birdlife, and that is where my photographic journey began. As my hobby blossomed into a passion, and then a career, I began to turn my focus to storytelling.

Great photography is a combination of beauty and intrigue. I have always tried to focus on these aspects regardless of the subject that I am photographing. My goal is always to capture emotion.

I am fortunate enough to call photography my career, but first and foremost it is my passion.

My photographic work has been published locally and internationally in numerous magazines and books, including the world renowned Remembering Wildlife series. My images have been awarded in regional and International competitions.

For the last few years I have worked as a freelance photographer and the head of the stills department for the Natural History Film Unit, where my images are being used in numerous ongoing projects for the National Geographic and the BBC.

In 2017 I received the honor of becoming a brand Ambassador for Sigma South Africa.
