The Day Care captures the expression of joy and amazement of the young baboon, play time is an excellent way to bond and learn social skills amongst primates. I was drawn to this piece because of the body language of the infant - whist the facial expression speaks of his social adaptation, his body language exemplifies confidence and assertion. A modest sketch attempting to illustrate delicate balance of Nurture and Nature, in the right hands.
